Google Acquires Motorola Mobility- Google's new interest on - Texplod

The God of web, Google takes new innovative step of starting a hardware section by acquiring Motorola Mobility. Google purchased Motorola with $12.5 billion deal. There was an Official announcement from Google CEO, Larry Page via Google?s Official blog. Google glass is a great example for Google?s interest in hardware field which now turns to a new dimension.
Google also announced a personnel change- current CEO Sanjay Jha is replaced with Dennis Woodside who has great importance in Google?s business in the Middle East region, Russia, Africa and? Eastern Europe. Except that he helped Google to increase their income? within three years as he? was the president of American region.
They also announced that they had received the official clearance from the Chinese authorities.

Motorola, the great American company that has boosted up the mobile revolution, with an experienced record of more than 80 years of innovation, which includes the making of the first cell phone in the world, which now Google?s. From now Google will be going deeper into the field of mobile phone technology with most modern technologies. So the users expectation level is very high. There is no doubt that Google is getting to beat smartphone companies like Samsung, Nokia and even iPhone.

    The current situation is that Google along with it?s vendors are so heavily pressured by the Legal battles with many companies world wide over the issue that Android violates patents. Now most of the problems will be solved because Motorola have many of patents and it?s applications.
  • Solution to Google?s Android Fragmentation up to an extent
    Fragmentation of Android will be now somewhat solved because Google has it?s own hardware now, and there will be profit in the market shares for Google.
  • Something Good to beat Apple, Samsung, HTC and other smartphone companies Now Google will be integrating the Android and the hardware of Motorola who was the second largest mobile phone making company in world. So there is no doubt that innovative ideas will be implemented to beat up other famous smart phone makers.
