I started this site because I made a lot of mistakes when I began trying to improve my fitness. It was difficult to cut through the clutter and know what was effective.

At times the information can be overwhelming, trendy, or confusing. One day coffee is bad for you and the next day studies suggest it may prevent diabetes. What information should you trust?
There is a lot of good information out there on being healthy and more physically fit. I believe simplicity is the key. The information here isn?t complicated, untested, or the latest fad.
Many people want to start living healthier. Unfortunately, people either don?t know what to do or they are afraid of drastically changing their lifestyle. The good news is there is plenty you can do. Implementing even the simplest of changes can have dramatically positive effects on your body.
The best way to use this site is to to pick out a few suggestions provided and make them a habit.
Many people start small and get the ball rolling. Once the ball starts it becomes harder and harder to stop and before you know it starts growing and people start adding and changing their routines.
